This workshop will empower participants to be able to address and resolve difficult cultural issue and conflicts using a variety of tools including the HIVE (Honest, Insightful, Valuable Engagement) model and gamified exchange to create a safe space to step into those difficult topics.

The Objectives of the Intercultural Playground:

• Learning by playing
• Gaining the user experience
• Having fun and playing the games with other fellow sietarians
• Exchanging on possibilities where and how the game can be played (in the debrief session)
