shape the future of our next Congress
We are opening a new Call for Location and Venue proposals for the next SIETAR Europa Congress. We are seeking host cities and venues that reflect our shared values: sustainability, accessibility, inclusion, and strong local engagement.
We invite Expressions of Interest from individual SIETAR members as well as from National SIETAR organisations who would be interested in hosting the SIETAR Europa Congress. Our ambition is clear: to identify a strong, viable location swiftly and to deliver a SIETAR Europa Congress within the 2027 calendar year.
To make participation manageable and transparent, the selection process will take place in two clearly defined phases:
This initial phase is intentionally light-touch. It allows potential hosts to propose a city and outline their initial thinking, while receiving early feedback from the Selection Committee before investing time in a full proposal.
Applicants invited to proceed will be asked to submit a comprehensive proposal covering the city, venue, facilities, accessibility, sustainability considerations, costs, and local support arrangements.
Full details of both phases, submission requirements, headline criteria, and the indicative timeline are outlined in the buttons below, together with definitions and guidance to support you in preparing your Expression of Interest.
We very much look forward to your ideas and to working collaboratively with you to identify an excellent host city and venue for the next SIETAR Europa Congress.
With best regards,
SIETAR Europa Congress Venue Selection Committee
