On 6 November at 15:00 CET, we will be excited to introduce Cynthia Milani, a NeuroAnthropologist as she presents – How to expand your trainings from intercultural theory to: The Neuroscience of Culture and Crisis: A skills building guide for interculturalists.

Since the 50’s, the cross-cultural field has been about linguistics, anthropology, psychology, communication, and education. But it was based on theory, not science. Cynthia Milani, a highly experienced neuroanthropologist and certified neuroleadership coach, will give an overview of the neuroscience of culture, and how to incorporate it into your training in this brief, interactive guide

Participants will learn the reasons for deep cultural differences, the neuroscience of culture shock and how to apply the latest brain-based research for better results in cross-cultural situations. Participants will learn to how to use the Neuroleadership Institute’s SCARF MODEL to bridge cultural differences and resolve conflict.

A pioneer in the field of neuroanthropology, Cynthia will share some of her experiences working in over 50 countries with examples from healthcare, technology industry leaders and most recently, professional athletes and olympic sports.
