The Human Touch – Scaling Intercultural Coaching in Global Mobility
21 April 2026

The traditional “Expat Package” is a relic of the past, and AI is rapidly disrupting the traditional intercultural coaching landscape. But for the agile practitioner, this disruption is an invitation to a Business-2-Client revolution.
But the question is: what makes AI better, or does it make intercultural coaching worse?
In 2026, global mobility is a lifestyle, not a corporate event. As global teams face unprecedented diversity and mental health challenges, the demand for Global Competency has moved from “nice-to-have” to a critical survival skill.
This workshop provides the blueprint for building a thriving private digital coaching practice by leveraging technology as an “exoskeleton” for the human touch. We will explore how to architect digital client journeys, use AI to scale the impact of coaching, and design content, from interactive worksheets to gamified programs. Furthermore, we will take a deep dive into the differences and advantages of technology versus human touch in intercultural training and coaching.
Stop competing with technology and start using it to amplify your expertise. It’s time to pivot from “hours-for-dollars” to a scalable, tech-empowered Global Mobility Coach.
