ELECTION-RELATED NOTICE *
Dear SIETAR Europa Members,
On behalf of the Elections Committee, we would like to sincerely thank everyone who participated in the 2026 SIETAR Europa election process.
Our gratitude goes to every member who took the time to vote and to participate in the General Assembly. Your engagement reflects the democratic values, openness and shared responsibility that are at the heart of our association.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to both presidential candidates, Dr. Lidia Wiśniewska and Dawid Rutkowski, for their willingness to serve our community. Standing for election requires courage, commitment and a genuine desire to contribute to the future of SIETAR Europa. We thank both candidates for the time, energy and ideas they brought to this process.
The Elections team - composed of Peter Franklin, Magdalena Kusjoć, Jenny Jaumann, and Steve Miller - is pleased to confirm that the election was conducted in accordance with the established procedures and that the results have now been officially confirmed. We warmly congratulate Dr. Lidia Wiśniewska on her election as President of SIETAR Europa and wish her every success as she begins her term of office.

Finally, we would like to thank everyone who contributed behind the scenes to making this election possible. Our appreciation goes to all volunteers, staff members and colleagues whose dedication helped ensure that the process was conducted professionally, fairly and transparently.
With the announcement of the results, the work of the Elections Committee for this election cycle now comes to an end. It has been our privilege to serve the SIETAR Europa community in safeguarding this important democratic process.
