The second sub-project of our initiative is dedicated to addressing the environmental consequences associated with the travel arrangements of our diverse group of participants hailing from various corners of the globe. Acknowledging the global nature of our event, this facet of the project is firmly committed to mitigating the environmental footprint of attendees’ journeys. We are exploring a multitude of strategies, from promoting alternative and eco-friendly transportation options to fostering a culture of carpooling and advocating for sustainable travel practices. Additionally, we are actively exploring partnerships and programs to facilitate carbon offsetting, further aligning our mission with broader sustainability goals.
