Please follow the guidelines before submission!

All proposals (except Film Festival – more information can be found here) must be submitted via the online submission system. Please note that you will be asked to create a new account before being able to send your proposals. Click here to access the online submission system (please don’t send them by email). You will need to fill in and attach a pre-designed template, which you will find within the respective track (practitioner, academic, film festival, pre- and post-congress workshops).

File name: When you have filled in the template, please rename it to include the preferred submission format in capital letters plus the last name_first name of the presenter (I.e.: PANEL_Bernard_Claude.doc; i.e.: PRECONGRESSWORKSHOP_ Smith_Joe.doc).

In case of more than one presenter, please use the name of the one who will be leading the contact with the congress organisers, and send the proposal from his/her email address.

Decision on acceptance coming soon!

Deadline for congress registration: 15.05.2019.  Winning papers will be included in the programme only if the presenter registers and pays for the congress registration fee by 15.05.2019.

Please note that the deadlines for the Film Festival vary!

Language: The official SIETAR Europa Congress language is English. Therefore, submissions of proposals must be in English.
