Webinar
Are You Listening?
8 December 2022
18:00 - 19:00 CE(S)T
In communicating within intercultural groups or in one-to-one discussions, it is helpful to understand how we listen to each other. In this webinar we will discover the important difference between hearing and listening. We’ll take a look at 4 kinds of listening: Visual, Kinesthetic, Imaginary and Emotional in order to better identify what kind of listener we are. We will also learn how to identify those qualities in others in order to best engage them by acknowledging and echoing their listening tendencies.
